How technology can keep us well
How are you doing my dears?
In the interest of protecting our community from COVID-19, we Seattleites are taking care of each other by staying close to home.
I must admit that as an extrovert this is driving me kind of crazy! Movement, meditation and long phone calls with friends are my saving grace.
Digital Wellness is about balance, and right now in Seattle, tech IS wellness as we harness the power of online platforms to stay connected.
Luckily, Present Moment has been incredibly gracious and allowed me to move my Mexico retreat to Spring 2021 (more on that later!)
In the meantime, I have several other events planned in Seattle over the next few months but am putting promotion on hold until we have a better sense of restrictions required to keep all of us safe from the spread of Coronavirus.
In the face of a public health crisis we can become afraid of each other or take care of each other. I like the latter!
